About the Photographer

Career and Background

My journey began at 16 years old when I took my first photography and videography class in high school. The creativity, the expression had me hooked, and I knew then and there, I was going to figure out how to make this a career. I took every opportunity to I shadow professionals or freelance on my own up until I was old enough to start working in the industry on my own. I have had the privilege of working for Emmy Award winning directors and producers, exposing myself to specifically the world of documentary. Eventually, that became my specialty, working on documentary sets under some phenomenal players in the film industry, sets like Make a Wish Foundation and documentaries partnering with Ancestry. I received my BS from San Diego State University in Television, Film and New Media with an emphasis in Production. I graduated with top honors, Summa Cum Laude. I received a job offer after graduation to work for a video based startup called MentorBoost, located in Encinitas, CA. After some time working there as their lead editor, I became the company's Creative Manager. Then in March of 2020, I began working at a GoBeRewarded Digital Marketing Agency and eventually became the company's Creative Director. Currently, I am the VP of Operations and Executive Producer of GoBeRewarded's newest Media Company, Video Pro San Diego.
